What can a person(over the internet) do if they know your MAC Address, IMEI and phone number?

will giving all permissions to an android app reveal all this to it? and even if it does, can my location tracked/traced?

if there is any android ethical hackers or security experts here, please DM me. I really need very urgent help regarding an issue.
